It’s a family-friendly comedy presented in Italian with English supertitles.  This opera is a comedy written and set in the late 18th-century, based on the comic situations that arise when a father arranges a marriage for his eldest daughter to a Count but finds the Count prefers his youngest daughter: who has already been secretly married to a different man!
